Medium & Low Pressure Nitrogen Booster
Request a Quote
The medium and low pressure nitrogen booster functions as a gas pressure intensifier. Mechanical compression reduces gas volume and converts incoming medium or low pressure nitrogen into higher pressure nitrogen output.
- Intake and Compression: Medium or low-pressure nitrogen enters the sealed compression chamber. Reciprocating pistons then compress the gas, drastically reducing its volume while elevating its energy state.
- Pressure Transformation: Following fundamental thermodynamic principles, the reduction in gas volume results in a proportional increase in pressure.
- Discharge and Continuous Supply: Upon reaching the target setpoint, the pressurized nitrogen is discharged to the point of use. The system maintains a repetitive cycle to ensure consistent, pulse-free pressure amplification.
The entire operating process is monitored and regulated by an intelligent control unit. Oil-free design is commonly applied to maintain nitrogen purity and prevent contamination.
