3 Roll Plate Bending Machine (Variable Axis Plate Roll W11SNC)
Designed to roll plates 6mm to 160mm thick, W11SNC 3 roll plate bending machine can quickly form plates into cylinders in no time. What really distinguishes this plate roll is the unique top roll that can move both laterally and vertically, not to mention the ability to pre-bend many thicknesses of plates from 4.5mm to 130mm.
Brief Description
1. Minimized Unbent Flat
Regardless of the type of plate roll you use, it is impossible to bend a plate perfectly and completely. Because the end of plate needs to be pinched during the rolling process (otherwise the plate will fall off the roll), this means a small amount of material from that edge remains flat, which is technically called the unbent flat.
With this plate bending machine, operates can preset the length of the unbent flat. After that, the top roll comes down to pre-bend the edge thereby achieving the pre-set unbent flat value.
2. Numerical Control for High Efficiency
Via the NC system, operators can tweak parameters of the rolling process. NC controlled rolling operation is easy and productive.
3. Outstanding Bending Accuracy
Beneath the lower rolls is a row of support rollers for added stability during continuous rolling. This arrangement allows the 3 roll plate bending machine to work over the widest range of plate thickness with exceptional accuracy.
4. Safe Operation
Although the top roll can move freely up and down, from left to right, both lower rolls are fixed and the workpiece is securely pinched to the roll as well for maximum safety.
5. Simple Base Design for Maximum Mobility
Featuring a simple base design, the bending roll can be moved freely from one site to another.
6. A Variety of Bend Shapes
O-shaped, U-shaped, R-shaped (multiple bends), and conical shapes are available.
