Characteristics
1.The COLO-900 manual powder coating machine is endowed with automatic current negative feedback function. When the spray gun approaches the work piece, the output voltage will decline automatically so as to overcome the Faraday shield phenomenon. The powder is given penetrating power to accomplish the spraying for complex work piece.
2. The spray gun of the product has large output power to keep high current at low voltage. Then the powder owns strong charged capacity and the product will have a large progress on production efficiency, powder conservation and cost reduction.
3. Configured with low air pressure powder injector and the electromagnetic valve in large caliber, our product is able to keep even but large flow of powder while spraying. Moreover, it is suitable for metal powder and super fine powder.
