Piezoelectric Jet Valve (PZT-JET Type Controller)
Introduction
Non-contact type dispensing is the first choice of high speed & precision dispensing work; PZT-JET5010/5020 is widely used for electronics core filling, pin coating, FPC reinforcing, CCM & VCM assembling, mobile phone frame gluing, LCD edge coating, fingerprint recognition module assembling, etc. PZT-JET5010 is used for lower viscosity glue dispensing, & PZT-JET5020 is used for mid & higher viscosity glue dispensing. PZT-JET series valve is used for dispensing point diameter or dispensing line of above 0.2mm.
Performance:
1. The piezoelectric jet valve boasts a continuous operation frequency up to 500/sec, with a much faster dispensing speed compared to other dispensing equipment.
2. Wear resistant needle, nozzle base and replaceable nozzle for much longer service life.
3. The non-contact dispensing system, without Z axis movement features much higher productivity.
4. High accuracy of injection and a minimum volume down to 0.1nl and dispensing point consistency to 2%.
5. High matching adaptability for any movement platform. The integrated heater and different nozzle selection offer flexibility for liquids of various viscosity.
