The dispensing process module carries out automatic cleaning, dumping and pre-gluing, and confirms the dot diameter/width of glue line.
Features- The cleaning device includes two methods for residual glue and vacuum absorption glue removal.
- It is equipped with a box of draining glue to collect residual glue.
- Tre device can also remove adhesives that may contain bubbles in the needle/nozzle before the dispensing/jet dispensing operations.
- The pre-glue area confirms the dot diameter/width of glue line.
The laser distance sensor module carries out automatic adjustment of the needle/nozzle height relative to the working face height.
Application
It is used in conjunction with the height calibration module to measure and automatically calibrate the relative height of the needle/nozzle to the operating surface.
