QT4-15 Brick Making Machine
QT4-15 brick making machine is a new concrete block machine, which is also called cement block making machine or baking-free block making machinery. It uses automatic control system to complete random signal analysis and fault diagnosis, as well as necessary parameters setting, so as to ensure the best efficiency.
All materials that are capable of mixing with cement can be used as the raw materials of the block machine such as cement, pebble, rock ballast, crushed stone, coarse sand, river sand, pulverized fuel ash, lime, waste brick, waste tile, etc.

2. Unique structure.
The cement block making machine is designed with special materials discharging and arch breaking device. That is, there are several rows of mixing forks installed in the material bin. When the bin reaches the upward side of the molding box, the mixing forks start to work to ensure smooth discharge and uniform distribution of the materials. Thereby, produced bricks boast excellent intensity and evenness.
3. Strong applicability.
This baking-free brick making machine is applied to produce not only concrete bricks, but also various blocks such as fly ash block and slag block, etc. In addition, if equipped with different mould, the equipment can produce all kinds of blocks such as concrete perforated brick, slope protection brick, square brick, etc.
