Ring Type Media Converter
1. The ring type media converter from HiOSO is a switching media converter designed to meet the needs of multiple optical access networks. It is divided into 100M type and1000M type, which contains two fiber ports, four RJ45 ports, and one console port.
2. This ring converter can offer both point-to-point network connection and point-to-multipoint chain network. It allows the transmission distance of a network to be extended from 100m over copper wires to 120km in full-duplex single mode.
3. The design of two fiber ports contributes to the construction of a redundant ring network. Additionally, this product can realize self-healing and protection function. It is ideal for network protection applications in enterprises, telecommunications, security, electricity, traffic, and other systems.
