Our ZH-1200G automatic crash lock bottom folder gluer with pre-fold is specially designed for large crash lock bottom boxes, pre-fold boxes and straight line boxes. It can accommodate paper with the maximum width of 1m.
Our pre-fold folder gluer has extra-long folding unit to greatly reduce the production ratio of bell-mouthed box. Additionally, the folding unit's belt can individually control the speed, which also has a certain effect of preventing the bell-mouthed box made of E corrugated paper and thin corrugated paper.
This automatic gluing machine's collecting table has the function of waiting and the motor speed can be individually adjusted, making the collection of paper more reasonable. Convincingly, our pre-fold crash lock bottom folder gluer is the ideal equipment for large-scale production.
