Automatic Chemical Dosing System
Injecting a relatively small flow of chemical liquid into a large stream is a common chemical dosing control challenge. The entire chemical dosing system consists of the dosing tank, metering pump, liquid level gauge, safety valve, pulsation dampener, pipes, electrical enclosure, and valves of various other types depending on the application. Mounted on a steel base, this automatic chemical injection skid is where mixing, metering, and feeding operations are performed. The compact structure of the chemical dosing system facilitates easy transportation and installation. Custom configurations are available to fit the devices in tight or irregular spaces.
If required, we can add backup metering pumps to the chemical dosing system. When two or more dosing tanks are used, we add valves to allow switching between tanks or all tanks in order to operate simultaneously.
Depending on the corrosion performance requirements of the customer, we can construct the dosing tank in a variety of materials, such as 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel with or without rubber lining, glass-reinforced plastic, PE, PP, and PVC. Other wetted parts can be made in 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, and UPVC.
