Our banded belts are composed of several V belts combined by a connection layer. The connection layer is made of high modulus cord and an adequately flexible chloroprene rubber compound. Through a one-step molding and vulcanization, the connection layer of our industrial belts has strong integrity and uniform force. The connection layer unites every single V-belt and cancels out each V-belt's non-uniform vibrations.

The adjacent V-belts each have a vertical section on the interior of their upper piece, providing enough space for the connection layer and the drive pulley. The connection layer of our banded belts will not encounter friction with the drive pulley. In other words, the connection layer will not be eroded or torn by an irregular drive pulley.

In addition to structural integrity, uniform stress, and smooth running, our banded belts also have high load force capacity and transmission force on each V-belt. The belts are hard to jitter or turn over when in use. Our rubber banded belts are suitable for pulsating loads and applications that produce shocks and vibrations.

Applicable to rigorous, compact, high-strength and high-power transmission mechanisms, our agricultural banded belts can be also used in digging industries and the infrastructure construction industry. We can provide 8V banded belts, 5V banded belts, 3V banded belts, as well as customized belts depending on your specifications.

Features of Banded Belts
1. Our banded belts will not have lateral flipping, rotation, or slipping off of the sheave.
2. When it comes to the plane transmission, our banded belts do not require the gear to have deep concave sheaves.
3. The banded V-belts have heat resistance and oil resistance.
4. Our banded belts have high transmission efficiency and will not be affected by particles or debris in high-speed transmission.
5. Compared with ordinary V-belts, our drive belts only need 2/3 of the transmission space.
