Cassette single facer is composed of frame base, wall board, upper corrugating roll and lower corrugating roll. Base is located at the bottom of beam designed wall board. And corrugating roll support, with both ends of upper and lower corrugating rolls equipped on it, is also fixed on the wall board. The diameter of upper corrugating roller and lower corrugating roller are respectively 666mm and 360mm. Our single facer is also equipped with nonmetal roller, both ends of whom are installed on two sides of the wall board. A cassette, with trolley under it, is designed between the base and corrugating roll support. Drawer style cassette single facer is adopted for easy changeover of corrugating rolls.

• Max. machine speed is 250m/min;
• The diameter of corrugating rolls, pressure roll, glue applicator roll and doctor roll of this cassette single facer are respectively 380mm, 520mm, 302mm, and 170mm;
• Positive pressure air cushion web guide is used in this single facer for high heat utilization rate and good corrugating forming effect;

• Automatic hydraulic loading and unloading are adopted in this cassette single facer for quick flute change;
• Separate gluing part can be removed from the main machine, which allows easy cleaning and maintenance. Electronic glue separator facilitates fast web width adjustment;

• Machine base and wall board are made of cast iron;
• This single facer also adopts cardan drive device (universal joint drive);
• Corrugating rollers are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, undergoing tempering, medium frequency quenching, surface grinding, whose surface hardness can reach HRC60 degrees or higher;
• Pressure roll’s surface is ground and chrome plated. The lifting of pressure roll is controlled by air cylinder with a buffer device. The air cylinder adopts tempered medium carbon steel as its raw material;
• Glue feeding and removing are of pneumatic control. Glue applicator roll is chrome plated after surface treatment with concave-convex patterns. Doctor roll is also chromed after surface polished;
