A.SS4000 Self-propelled Chip Spreader
With largespreading amount, the SS4000 self-propelled chip spreader can meet the requirementsof various aggregate spreading and is particularly suitable for continuousconstruction within a large area. It is mainly composed of engine, frame, powertrain, receiving hopper, spread hopper with auger and spread roll, conveyorbelts, operating platform, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, computer controlsystem, monitoring system, hydraulic hitch, etc.
During working, the truck backs the spreader, hitches the chip spreaderautomatically, raises the dump bed and opens the tail gate. Then stones flowinto the receiving hopper where they are picked up by two conveyor belts. Theconveyor belts transfer the material to the spread hopper which is equippedwith a series of radial gates that are readily adjusted to the desired spreadwidth. While the spread hopper is loaded, the self-propelled chip spreader isstarted and pulls the truck behind it.
Opening of the main gate and the speed of the chip spreader is controlled by acomputer and operator of the chip spreader has a clear view to ensure an evenlongitudinal joint.
When the truck is empty, it is released by the operator. Another truck then attachesitself to the self-propelled chip spreader and dumpsits load while the chip spreader keeps spreading.

This chip spreader is made up of a traction unit, two driving wheels, drivetrain for auger and spreader roll, spread hopper, braking system, etc. Theapplication rate is adjustable by adjusting the rotation speed of the spreadroll and opening of the main gate. Moreover, a series of radial gates arereadily adjusted to the desired spread width.

C. XS3000B Chip Spreader
Witha hanging structure, the XS3000B chip spreader is hung in the rear of the dump truckwhich tilts 35° to 45° angle during working. The spreading amount is adjusted bythe adjustment of opening of the hopper and the rotation speed of the motor.The spreading width and spreading position can be controlled by closing oropening part of the gate.
