These manual-focus heads are designed for everyday production on thin sheet and metal tube at 6–8 kW power levels. They are equipped with an anti-collision protection design with quick reset to bring the laser head back to position after a bump, keeping stoppages short. A lens-contamination alarm flags when the protective window needs cleaning or replacement, which helps protect the internal optics and keeps maintenance costs down. The signal lines are reinforced and well-shielded, so the height follower and other sensors run steadily. Thanks to these laser cutting heads features, they helps every batch cut the same, with clean edges and consistent dimensions.
