Hot melt coating and laminating machine

JYT-GF high speed pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive coater is designed for coating with pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive, suitable for handling self-adhesive labels, thermal labels, adhesive tapes, advertising photographic supplies, and other materials with poor temperature resistance. Along with fiber-reinforced adhesive spraying system, the coater is able to composite PE film and non-woven fabric. Additionally, the machine can be configured with a dedicated PUR hot melt adhesive machine for compounding premium materials.

Intelligent PID temperature control system, ensuring an error within 1℃.
All active rollers and passive guide wheels have been corrected by high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. With well-arranged assembling process, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, preventing composite materials from wrinkling and thus ensuring excellent production quality.
High-precision alloy applicator head and gear metering pump ensure high coating quality.
With the fiber-reinforced adhesive spraying system, combining of PE film and non-woven fabric can be performed, which allows for the production of specialty filter materials, shoe materials, medical materials and other specialty materials. Fiber-reinforced adhesive spray features relatively low amount, good uniformity and fineness, which makes the coating breathable.
