Our electric counterbalance stacker is a nimble, highly versatile lifting unit that enhances any warehouse and factory operation. The machine’s maximum lifting height reaches 5500mm. Counterbalanced electric pallet stackers offer a wider range of applications than stackers with a support arm thanks to its legless design and small turning radius. For example, it can directly lift enclosed trays from the floor.

The stacker can be equipped with various accessories, including an electronic steering system and pallet fork tilting function that enhance its overall performance.

Features

With modular design, the electric counterbalance stacker can be equipped with a variety of fork carriages to meet different tonnage requirements.
The top panel of the stacker body adopts groove design for easy opening.
Speed conversion system automatically decelerates the lifter when turning for added safety and stability.

High performance

High quality hydraulic system operates with low noise. It guarantees ascending and descending speed.
Electronic limit switch accurately controls the maximum lifting height to protect the motor from damage.
The hydraulic system with multiway valve controls left, right, forward and backward movement. The forward and backward tilting speed can be adjusted.
Emergency reverse driving and power off functions.
