The 10,000 ton heavy duty hydraulic press is a fully customizable 8-column press engineered for large-scale, high-pressure industrial forming applications. Unlike standard machines, this heavy-duty press is purpose-built based on your specific technical requirements, workpiece dimensions, production cycle, and process flow making it ideal for complex, high-load manufacturing environments.
The frame can be built using a three-beam, eight-column structure. All beams are fabricated from high-quality steel and undergo stress-relief treatment to eliminate internal welding stress. Cylinders are forged from 35-grade steel, with cold-hardened cast iron plungers (HRC45 ). The eight columns are made from 45# steel and hard chrome plated (HRC45 ). Guide sleeves use a QT450-10 ductile iron composite structure.
The worktable includes safety ejector columns with automatic extension and retraction, integrated with electrical interlock for added operational safety.
The main oil tank is positioned on the right side of the frame. The system uses cartridge valve control for a compact layout, reliable operation, and leak-free performance under high-pressure, high-flow conditions. Excellent heat dissipation reduces idle energy loss. Control modes include jog and semi-automatic, both fully customizable.
