SYH Three-dimensional Movement Mixer
Overview
The material drum of our SYH three-dimensional movement mixer is installed at ends of driving and driven shafts in suspended way via two Y-type universal joints. The two joints are mutually and spatially cross and perpendicular.
When the driving shaft rotates, the drum will be in translational and rotational motions under the action of universal joints. Hence, the materials inside the drum are in three-dimensional compound motions (in axial, radial and toroidal directions).
Features
1. In virtue of high efficiency, this three-dimensional movement mixer is widely applied to food, electronics, machinery, mining, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, national defense and scientific research fields. By using it, powdery and granular materials can be uniformly mixed.
2. Our three-dimensional movement mixer won’t generate centrifugal force, gravity segregation, delamination or agglomeration. Material mixing ratio is up to over 99.9%.
3. Charging coefficient of this three-dimensional movement mixer is higher, reaching 80%. Yet, it is only about 40% for common machines. Besides, mixing time is extremely short. Thus, this 3D mixer is the best choice on the current market.
4. Material drum adopts circular arc design for transition and also is treated with precision polish, totally conforming to requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
5. The entire three-dimensional movement mixer is fabricated with compact structure and stepless speed regulation system (frequency variable or electromagnetic speed control), easy for operation.
