Drilling systems for casing advancement in overburden formations

Casing advancement systems combine the high penetration efficiency of down-the-hole hammer drilling with simultaneous casing installation. This approach improves drilling efficiency, reduces overall construction costs, and is widely applied in mine shafts and drifts, slope stabilization, geological hazard mitigation, dam foundation reinforcement, deep excavation support, structural uplift and overturning resistance, as well as cofferdam seepage control projects.

Component Display of the Integrated DTH System

This series of casing advancement systems integrates anti-collapse and anti-sticking performance with quick assembly and disassembly. ODEX and three-wing casing shoe systems can be flexibly selected to effectively handle loose formations and gravel interlayers, enabling rapid casing installation and high borehole success rates.

Quick-release threaded connections and positioning rings are incorporated into the design, allowing casing shoes and drill bits to be replaced independently without returning to the workshop, significantly reducing downtime and waiting periods.
