The HFFS (Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal) pouch packaging machine is capable of creating flat pouches. Constructed from stainless steel or powder-coated machine frame, with all product contact parts made of advanced stainless steel or other food-grade materials, the automatic roll stock bagger is designed to meet high hygienic standards and deliver outstanding corrosion resistance and a long service life. The pouch packaging equipment can be integrated with various automatic weighing and dosing systems and elevators. To meet specific operational requirements, it supports advanced modules such as safety door emergency stop, automatic card dispensing, and rejection of non-conforming products. The entire process is fully automated and doesn’t need manual intervention, significantly boosting production throughput while minimizing labor and overhead expenses.
