The continuous motion horizontal cartoner features a horizontal design with continuous motion drive, ensuring stable operation and a cartoning speed of up to 300 cartons/min. It is suitable for packaging blister packs, bottles, and similar products in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and daily chemical industries.
The cartoner can sequentially perform product feeding, infeed conveying, leaflet folding, leaflet insertion, carton erecting, carton feeding, and carton sealing. The entire process is fully enclosed. The main unit is fully servo-driven, offering wide application versatility.
- Automatically completes leaflet folding, carton forming and opening, product insertion, batch code printing, and carton sealing; a hot-melt glue system can be added for hot-melt sealing.
- PLC-controlled system with photoelectric monitoring of each station. In case of abnormal operation, the machine stops automatically and displays the fault cause for quick troubleshooting.
- Equipped with intelligent inspection devices that prevent leaflet insertion and carton feeding when no product is present, allowing seamless integration with upstream equipment. Defective products (missing blister or leaflet) detected during inspection are automatically rejected at the discharge, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Can operate as a standalone unit or be linked with blister packaging machines and other equipment to form a complete production line.
- Packaging formats can be changed according to user requirements, with simple adjustment and commissioning. Suitable for large-volume single-product runs while also accommodating multiple specifications.

Traditional machines often require replacement of multiple mechanical parts such as magazines, pushers, and guide rails, which is time-consuming. Modern servo-driven machines allow preset recipes to be recalled via the touch screen, with most adjustments completed automatically by servo motors. Only a few common parts need replacement, significantly reducing changeover time and simplifying operation.
