Used for decoiling parent coil in rubber extrusion and vulcanization line
Julong offers a variety of metal coil unwinding machines that can provide both active and passive unwinding according to your needs. The active unwinder is suitable for unwinding large coil steel strips, while the passive unwinding machine is ideal for decoiling single coil steel strips. The active unwinding machine can be selected based on customer production speed requirements and different methods of loading and unloading steel coils. We can customize steel strip clamping devices according to the size of your steel coils. To ensure smooth supply of carrier material, we have also added scrap detection and breakage detection functions, greatly improving production safety and ensuring product quality.
Application
Mainly used in rubber manufacturing and wire production, the unwinder is located at the starting position of the rubber seal production line, used for placing and unwinding the carrier coils to provide carrier for the production line.
