• Three sensors are suspended inside the flour mill plant weight bagging machine. The weighing cylinder balances the overall force, thus improving the equipment service life, gives it an additional stability, and an excellent interference resistance.
• The weighing controller is comprised of sensors and a PLC system to make operation more reliable.
• During the transportation, storage and unloading processes, powder is likely to settle due to moisture, storage methods, particle size and other factors. Because of that, this packaging equipment is equipped with a dredging device to prevent material blockage.
• This packing machine is equipped with a bag swapping device, which is used to pat pack bags during the blanking process. This ensures material can be fed quickly without accumulating.
• The bagging machine features a vibrator at the outlet in order to prevent powdered materials from sticking to the blanking port when it is cut off.

The bag is manually sleeved into the discharge port, and the clamping switch is switched. The control system receives the bag signal, and directs the cylinder to clamp the bag. Simultaneously, the feeding system will begin to feed materials into the bagging machine. When the target weight is reached, the feeding will stop, and the bag will fall to the conveyor. The conveyor will then move the bag through the sewing process and other final bagging processes.
