CONLY YDZZ-95 tuning fork level switch is ruggedlydesigned to detect level of particles and powders contained in silos.

Working Principle

When power is on and material does not touch tuning fork, electronic circuitand piezoelectric resonator are generating vibration at certain frequency,leading to vibration of tuning fork. As a result, relay installed in our tuningfork level switch pulls in to send out non-contacting signal.

When material contacts with fluid level sensor,vibration is stopped by resistance from material. Relay is released andcontacting signal is sent out. There are two groups of touching points forsignal sending or controlling.

Installation
Our tuning fork levelswitch can be installed vertically and horizontally to fit your needs. Hole drilling is determined by yourrequirements. After installation, however, the materiallevel detector should be within easy access to materials and beprotected from impact of materials. We suggest that a proper shield should bewelded on the top of silo.

Operation
The tuning fork level switch has been perfectly adjusted before dispatch.Before applying, proper adjustment can be done to potentiometer for bettersensitivity. If silos are in shaking mode, you can adjust potentiometer ofstability to achieve more accurate detection, despite of impacts fromsurrounding.
