- Independent Arm Drive: The taping heads have independent drives, allowing for easy adjustment of taping angles.
- Electrical Synchronization Control: The taping machine incorporates a touch panel, PLC, and AC servo control system. The touch panel displays and allows the setting of various parameters. The PLC controls taping speed and pitch accuracy through real-time feedback from encoders, ensuring precise pitch within the set range.
- Maximum Speed: Our taping machine can achieve speeds of up to 1000 revolutions per minute (RPM), depending on the product.
