The ceramic structured packing is actually a kind of geometrically arranged corrugated sheets of ceramic that share the same shape, and it is divided into X type and Y type according to the angle of inclination of adjacent sheets in the vertical direction. Aside from standard models, non-standard ones with different surface areas, could be fabricated if requested.

Feature
Compared with random packing, our ceramic corrugated packing possesses higher efficiency, lower pressure drop, bigger processing capacity, lower liquid holdup, unapparent amplification effect, improved operating flexibility and more, thus providing more benefits over traditional random packing.

Application
Thanks to the unobvious amplification effect, good surface roughness and unique corrosion resistance, this structured tower packing is a very prospective and competitive material for mass transfer process (distillation, absorption, extraction, steam stripping, etc.) in petrochemical industry.
