The HKVP500 4 station turntable NC induction hardening machine is a dedicated machine for carrier roller quench hardening. After the process, the carrier roller will gain high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, and greater load capacity.
The machine adopts Siemens 677B CNC system and 4 station turntable structure. Specifically, it consists of 5 major systems: machine bed, rotary positioning mechanism, inductor traverse mechanism, cooling system and numerical control system. This turntable heat treating machine is capable of the hardening and tempering of various carrier rollers.
