Our AC80 vector control drive uses the world leading sensorless vector control algorithm. The stator current of the motor is decomposed into torque current and excitation current according to the coordinates, in order to achieve precise torque control. Compared with V / F control algorithm, the vector control algorithm is better at low frequency torque, dynamic response, and speed control precision.

Regardless of the sealing performance of the container, AC80 vector control drive can limit the motor current within the rated range, without the need for any external auxiliary equipment. In addition, the control range can be adjusted, and the control accuracy reaches ± 1%. Based on this mechanism, the vacuum pump will run in maximum efficiency, and reach the vacuum level with the fastest speed.

Meanwhile, the AC80 vector control frequency inverter can quickly identify the stall current and load current. When the pump stalls due to mechanical reasons, the control system can immediately identify the problem and shut down the machine with an alarm to prevent further expansion of the fault.
