The DKP cold forging press is a mechanical knuckle-joint press designed for high-precision cold forging, coining, and stamping of sheet metal and transmission parts. Built with a true-column box-type frame and stress-relieved welded steel construction, it ensures high rigidity, precision forming, and extended die life.

With a capacity from 250T to 3,000T and stroke speeds between 18 and 55 SPM, the cold forging press is built for demanding metal forming operations. It features a separate clutch and brake system for reduced passive loss, high mechanical efficiency, and smooth, safe operation across inching, single, and continuous modes. Side openings accommodate automation systems, supporting fully automated forging processes.
