Features
- The modular insulation panels are easy to disassemble and assemble, saving transportation space and reducing investment costs.
- The 100mm-thick insulation panel has excellent insulation and energy-saving capabilities. The double-sided stainless steel construction ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
- The interior of the dryer is equipped with collision protection bars on both sides to prevent damage to the walls and extend the lifespan of the drying equipment.
- High-quality heat exchangers are used, with steel pipes, aluminum fins and a stainless steel shell, ensuring a large heat exchange area and high heat transfer efficiency. According to user requirements, direct heating can be achieved using burners.
- The trolleys and trays are made of stainless steel, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The bottom of the trolley is equipped with high-quality nylon wheels, which are wear-resistant and provide easy maneuverability.
- Steam is controlled using pneumatic valves to avoid the aging issue commonly seen in electromagnetic valve coils. This prolongs the dryer's lifespan and reduces maintenance costs.
- The hot air dryer uses high-quality steam trap systems for automatic drainage control, preventing water accumulation in the heat exchanger and improving its efficiency.
