Spouted Pouch Filling and Capping Machine
The spouted pouch filling and capping machine is designed for premade spouted and shaped pouches that require higher filling volumes and precise capping control. It combines a modular servo-driven architecture with high-precision vision positioning, enabling accurate pouch alignment and stable handling throughout the process.
Multiple stations operate in parallel to complete pouch positioning, multi-material dosing, optional vacuum replacement, and torque-controlled cap tightening within a single, integrated workflow. Recipe management allows quick changeovers at the touch of a button, while built-in remote service interfaces support ongoing operation and maintenance. It is ideal for applications where packaging accuracy, flexibility, and production control are equally important.
