The 8-head 5 axis CNC machining center is designed for high-efficiency, multi-workpiece machining in advanced woodworking applications. Each head is supported by an ER32 collet chuck system with a rotating tool changer, accommodating four rows of tools with 360° positioning. This setup allows four operations to be completed in a single cycle, while the 8 head configuration enables synchronized processing of multiple parts at once, significantly boosting throughput and consistency in mass production environments.
