Composite Ceramic Wear Liners (Ceramic Wear Pads)
Request a Quote
Composite ceramic wear liners are available in three configurations: ceramic liners, dual-layer composite liners (ceramic rubber, ceramic steel), and triple-layer composite liners (ceramic rubber steel).
They are widely used for wear protection of equipment such as bunkers, hoppers, and chutes in coal conveying systems, ash handling systems, and material conveying and batching systems.
Applications
- Mining industry: liners for ore conveyor systems, crushers, grinding mills, and screening equipment.
- Power industry: liners for pulverized coal pipelines and ash handling equipment.
- Steel and metallurgical industry: liners for furnaces, smelting furnaces, ladles, bins, and related equipment.
- Chemical industry: liners for chemical reactors, pipelines, pumps, and valves.
- Cement industry: liners for mills, rotary kilns, and other equipment in cement production.
