Automatic flow wrapping machine with left/right feed chutes for packaging biscuits, crackers, wafers, and other food products without trays

SG trayless horizontal flow wrapper features double left and right feed chutes. Products are manually placed into the feed chutes, enabling a complete packaging process including feeding, pushing, film feeding, clamping conveyance, sealing, and cutting. It is commonly used as a biscuit packaging machine, and is suitable for trayless stick biscuits and other trayless bar-shaped products.

  • Adopted a full set of Siemens electrical components from Germany. The flow wrapping machine is controlled by three or five servo motor units, enabling synchronized control of feeding, pushing, film feeding, clamping conveyance, and sealing/cutting speeds, with intelligent adjustment capability.
  • Convenient product changeover enables one machine for multiple applications, greatly reducing adjustment time and lowering investment costs.
  • The entire machine adopts an open cantilever structure with synchronous belt transmission, offering a compact design and easy maintenance and servicing.
  • Adjustable large touch screen panel for easy operation, with storage and recall of product parameters, allowing quick product changeover by recalling the corresponding parameters.
  • The feeding conveyor chain adopts a flexible clamping design to prevent product breakage caused by spring clamps during conveying. It also prevents residue buildup, reducing the risk of mold growth from difficult cleaning.
  • The conveyor guide rails feature a crumb-discharge design, preventing biscuit residue from building up in rail gaps and causing mold, fully meeting food safety standards.
  • Air extraction design removes excess air from the package, making the pack more compact and improving the packaging's appearance.
  • New dual longitudinal hot sealing structure ensures reliable sealing at lower temperatures during high-speed operation. When the machine stops, the sealing wheels automatically open to effectively prevent film scorching.
