This YL-16SY rotary premade pouch packaging machine offers exceptional versatility, supporting various formats such as 4-side seal, 3-side seal, back-seal, and stand-up pouches (Doypacks). It is engineered for precision handling of small formats, with a minimum size of 80mm x 100mm and a filling range of 10g to 500g.
The premade pouch packaging system is highly compatible with diverse packaging substrates, including soft, single-layer PE films. To maximize operational efficiency, it features an integrated pouch opening detection system that synchronizes with the dosing unit to prevent product spillage. Combined with the 'No Fill, No Seal' safety interlock, the premade pouch packaging machine effectively eliminates both product and material waste.
