Features
  • Equipped with a standard CNC control system supporting G-code, ensuring compatibility and ease of programming for diverse wood processing applications.
  • The spindle box and tailstock are crafted from integrated castings made with resin sand, and undergo high-temperature annealing after casting to enhance stability. This design ensures long-term durability, high rigidity, and minimizes deformation over time. Each lathe weighs approximately 2.4 tons, contributing to its structural stability.
  • The X, Z, Y, and A axes are driven by servo motors that precisely execute system commands. This setup guarantees dimensional accuracy, fast processing speeds, and achieves rapid traverse speeds of up to 20 meters per minute. The lathe includes an automatic overload alarm to protect against potential issues.
  • All sliding blocks are equipped with flanged designs to reduce tool vibration, especially when processing high-volume workpieces. This results in smoother surfaces and minimizes tool marks, making post-processing and sanding much easier.
  • The spindle features stepless automatic speed adjustment, with programming control for spindle speed and an integrated braking system. The brake system can stop the spindle in just 1.2 seconds, adding to operational efficiency and safety.
